This was the energy at the PwC booth during #VivaTech: a powerful celebration of diversity and impact in tech.
It kicked off with real enthusiasm: Chloé Sebagh from Diversidays and Pauline Adam-Kalfon (Partner, PwC France & Maghreb) energized the audience with a rallying cry: “Want to celebrate diversity and tech success in France? Then you’re in the right place.” Chloé reminded us that Diversidays is a national nonprofit powering equal opportunity in tomorrow’s digital careers, and this was their third consecutive year co hosting Impact Builders with PwC and VivaTech.
Next up, Julie Huguet, Director at La Mission French Tech, stepped on stage, brimming with excitement: “Consistently, it’s the same profiles who launch startups. We must give everyone the same chance to succeed.” She shared that nearly 99% of projects in Diversidays are impact-driven, focused on sustainability, inclusion, parity and they enjoy an impressive 80% five year survival rate (vs. 60% nationally).
The session brought forth nine visionary entrepreneurs, each delivering a punch:
• Julidé Ninek – MoneyKiiz : A finance app for teens and parents with playful modules on budgeting, credit, even crypto. B2B model for banks and insurers.
• Laetitia Portal – HelloArtUp: Preserving seniors’ memories through art, audio, and virtual EHPAD tours, already in 96 facilities.
• Fily Kanteé – ID Protect: A platform for real-time document tracking and opposition, now used by 150+ European organisations.
• Sabrine Chennaoui – Monsapo: Converts used cooking oil into eco-cleaners via smart machines with environmental impact reporting.
• Mohamed B. – Unitee: Builds modular, reversible buildings to halve maintenance costs and reduce energy use by 60%.
• Clara Miné-Garrosé Garros – Mouv’Intelligent: Uses gamified, neuroscience-based training (escape games, quizzes) to help companies include people with disabilities.
• Cannelle DANZELLE – Vibes: Europe’s first LGBTQ+ social network focused on real meetups, 170K+ members, 4,500+ events.
• Charles Bihina – DiVRsitee: Employs VR to build empathy and combat discrimination, inviting users to “walk in another’s shoes.”
• Céline FAVY-HUIN – FeelObject / Virtuose: Guides the visually impaired with tactile maps and audio directions for public space navigation.
As the session closed, Patrice Morot Morot, CEO of PwC France & Maghreb, summed it up perfectly: “It’s always extraordinary to feel this vitality and commitment. Today’s entrepreneurs are phenomenal, and they show us what the future of tech should be.”
Diversity is innovation, and real tech impact happens when inclusion is built into the core from day one. Tech must be a force for equity, sustainability, and real-world impact.
