Hey there. Welcome to my e-place! I’m Patrick Monteiro. Think of me as your co-traveller through the ever-evolving world of strategy, digital transformation, and leadership. With over 25 years of experience in IT and operations, I’ve seen it all—from tackling complex projects to leading large-scale transformations. Who’s Behind the Keyboard?

I’m currently the Partner and Head of Digitech at PwC, where I bring my strategic vision and customer-first mindset to the table. My journey has taken me through industry giants like Deloitte, Keolis, and VINCI, handling everything from IT to cybersecurity, operations, and beyond. But deep down, I’m still that kid who wanted to be an astronaut: curious, ambitious, and always ready to push boundaries.

This blog isn’t just about business (the very idea alone!), it’s about the values that drive me: loyalty, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence. I believe great leadership is about finding the right balance between strategy and adaptability, tradition and innovation, and a little bit of humor to keep things interesting. It’s the place where I reflect, ponder, think, shout, share and plan. Expect some contrarian thinking!
