How do you future-proof your business when markets, tech, and customer expectations are all shifting at once?

At VivaTech2025, I enjoyed this panel with Hélène Labaume (Carrefour), Guillaume Gibault (Le Slip Français), and Bastien Didier (Mentalista) exploring this exact question. Moderated by Philippe Pestanes (PwC), the session offered a rich exchange of experiences: from scaling AI to navigating brand reinvention and harnessing brainwave tech.

Carrefour is not just observing innovation, it’s investing in it. From autonomous stores to generative AI shopping agents, they’re showing how large-scale retailers can lead digital transformation without losing sight of the customer.

Le Slip Français reminded us that reinvention often means returning to purpose. Guillaume Gibault shared the tough decisions behind reshaping a premium brand into an everyday essential, without compromising on local production or sustainability.

Mentalista blew minds, literally. Bastien Didier showed how brainwave tech can personalize experiences in real-time, from luxury retail to military training. The future of consumer data might not be what people say, but what they feel.

Transformation isn’t about chasing hype. It’s about aligning purpose, people, and technology, and being brave enough to evolve.
